Even those Dodgers who didn't want Jackie Robinson to be part of their team, in 1947, started to reassess their opinions when he turned-out to be a great asset for Brooklyn.

In this 1947 photo, we see Jackie (on the right) with his fellow infielders:  third baseman Spider Jorgensen, shortstop Pee Wee Reese and second baseman Eddie Stanky.  Note the position of Stanky's arm.
