I Never Had It Made by Jackie Robinson

Jackie Robinson's autobiography - I Never Had It Made - was published in 1972.  It allows us to hear from Jackie, first hand, on what it was like to be him.

What did he value in life?  What did he think about all the racial discrimination directed both at him and at other African-Americans?  How important was family to his success (both growing-up and as an adult)?

Although segments of the book are available online, via Google Books, you can also purchase it from booksellers everywhere.
