In the third episode of Orson Welles' adaptation of Les Miserable, Jean Valjean is mayor of a French town.  Living under a different name, he owns a factory, employs many people and is highly respected. 

Then ... another man is accused of being Jean Valjean.  Should the mayor reveal his own, true identity?
