Michelangelo, the artist who loved to sculpt, is better known for his paintings - particularly his frescoes at the Sistine Chapel.  This video clip, from The Agony and the Ecstasy, focuses on his first love - the famous sculptures - such as David (now in Florence) and the Pieta (inside St. Peter's Basilica, in Vatican City).
