Navajo - The Long Walk, Part 4

The stories which the Navajo tell about "The Fearing Time"—as they made "The Long Walk" to the parched territory of Bosque Rodondo—are filled with sadness. 

Thousands of others, however, absolutely refused to surrender to the U.S. military and did not leave their sacred lands.
