Prohibition - Treasury Department Memo

As Federal investigators continued looking into potential crimes of city and police officials in Tacoma, they found evidence against them.  This 1932 memo details fictitious products sent to/from fictitious companies.

The U.S. National Archives has these documents today.  Curators there give us a description of the case against the Tacoma, Washington officials:

This document is part of a file detailing the events surrounding the investigation of the Tacoma, Washington, police department, the Mayor of Tacoma and a number of city officials for Prohibition violations.
