World Trade Center - February, 1993 Bombing American History Famous Historical Events Tragedies and Triumphs Disasters

This graphic depicts the layout of the World Trade Center complex as it appeared in 1993.  On February 26th, of that year, a home-made bomb was driven into the WTC parking structure in a stolen Ryder truck.

The explosion’s epicenter was under the northeast corner of the Vista Hotel. (The same hotel, on September 11, was owned by Marriott.)
