In February of 1945, leaders of the US, the UK and the USSR met in Russia to discuss important topics as the war neared its end.  This image depicts a scene from that meeting.

The U.S. Department of State tells us more about the Yalta Conference (which took place two months before FDR died):

The Yalta Conference took place in a Russian resort town in the Crimea from February 4-11, 1945, during World War Two. At Yalta, U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt, British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, and Soviet Premier Joseph Stalin made important decisions regarding the future progress of the war and the postwar world.  (U.S. Department of State; office of the Historian.)

The photo was taken by the Army Signal Corps at Yalta.  At the time of this meeting, Roosevelt was 63 years old; Stalin was 67; Churchill was 71.
