Adventures Inside the Atom, a 1948 comic book produced for GE (by General Comics, Inc.) at the request of the Atomic Energy Commission, tells "The Story of Nuclear Energy."
The book, created to educate the public about nuclear power, also makes this claim: "Here is the thrilling story of man's greatest adventure into the unknown ... and his discovery of nature's greatest secret!"
