Trial of Jesus - Crown of Thorns

During his trial, Jesus was given a crown of thorns. Sir Anthony van Dyck interpreted that moment with his painting, Crowning with Thorns. Produced between 1618-20, the oil on canvas is owned by the Museo del Prado, in Madrid.
